WALKING. If you are looking forward to a relaxing day, stroll through historic downtown or along the Malecón, the flea Market and along the Cuale Island to get some souvenirs. Also you can walk around the malecón of Los Muertos and visit the new pier and walk around the Romantic Zone where you will find cafes, restaurants and the shopping área of Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo street with fine silver jewelries, boutiques, accesories and the famous blown glass.

BUS. Take a bus to the southern área and visit MIsmaloya, Boca de Tomatlan or take a wáter taxi to one of the beaches accesibles only by boat.
In the northern side you can visit Marina Vallarta and walk around the malecón with a view the yachts at the Marina. Also you can visit one of the beautiful towns like Bucerias or La Cruz. |
RAINING?
During the day you can go to one of the covered malls like Galerias Vallrta in front of the Port Terminal or Plaza Caracol mall located on the Medina Asencio Av (the main street) 5 minutes south . both places have stores, restaurants and a cinema where you will enjoy best movies. |
