South of Puerto Vallarta and 66 miles by the federal road 200, El Tuito is a picturesque quaint typical Mexican sleepy town, with important agriculture and cattle farming; offers visitors an atmosphere of tranquillity and natural beauty. Located in a small valley surrounded by high and green luxuriant mountains of the West Sierra Madre, a rich diversity of flora and fauna adds to the reasons to be visited by those seeking relax in contact with the natural beauty that the region has to offer.
Separated from Puerto Vallarta by a some 12 miles of vistas blending the mountain and beaches such as Punta Negra, Playas Gemelas, Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlán are left behind to high cliffs and refreshing rivers.
